I open my itunes in windows. It automatically starts flipping through the songs. I won't stop and play any of them. I have the latest version and latest window also. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. I also deauthorized it and signed out and logged back in and nothing is fixing it. I don't subscribe to the streaming either, so that's not the issue. Anyone have a way to help me?
Do the songs display an exclamation mark after they have skipped?

Try holding down option+cmd as you launch iTunes to open it in safe mode. I'm not sure it will help but it cannot hurt to try. Definitely sounds like a stuck key signal. Have you done a full power off and on again?

The song just flips through my entire playlist without stopping. No exclamation mark. It's like a key is stuck on the skip button. I changed out the keyboard also. I deleted everything and started again. I didn't help either.
