Unlink UNiDAYS student account

How can I unlink the Unidays account with my apple id since I want link it to another id

Unlink UNiDAYS from old Apple ID and link it to the new one I have changed my Apple ID and want to link the UNiDAYS of the same student email to the new Apple ID. However, when I entered the UNiDAYS email, it showed it was already in use. So, I cannot link it to my new Apple ID.

According to this article: Change your subscription from Apple – Apple Support (AU)

"When you join an existing family subscription, your individual or student subscription is cancelled at the end of the next billing cycle."
