AMC subscription keeps asking to renew

We seem to be stuck in a loop where we’ve subscribed to amc in order to watch a series, but it keeps asking us to renew and then tells us we already have a subscription, but won’t play the episodes. We feel as though we have tried everything. The fact that all these others have asked for **** and received none is indeed disheartening. Perhaps opening this subject up again will yield a solution?
