I can log in my apple Id but i cant sign in it in my apple store

I can log in my apple Id but i cant sign in it in my apple store. Everytime i sign in it says "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store. Please review your account information." When i click review account, it will just go back to sign in. Same process

App Store Sign in Loop I just switched from android to iPhone. I made my Apple ID and password and everything. When I go to the App Store it has me sign in. It then says the Apple ID hasn’t been used in the App Store so I must review account. I click review and it prompts me to sign in. Once I sign in again it goes back to the Apple ID hasn’t been used prompt. I am stuck in a loop of this. Any suggestions?
