iPad 9th gen front camera not working

My front facing camera on my newish IPad 9 on the most recent software is no longer working. There is a warning icon that says “Flash is disabled” when I try to use it with the camera app and it doesn’t work at all for FaceTime.

Iphone7plus front camera freezes on downloaded apps The front camera works fine on the iphone camera, only encountered the problem with front camera when using on other apps. My facetime doesnt work either, it ended my call right away when i tapped answer call. Social media apps like instagram front camera doesnt work either, the back camera works fine on all apps, i just have problems with the front camera.
