So my grandma had this iPad and she give it to me but the thing is the iPad is on iOS 12.5.5 and I can’t put the apps that i need on it and everytime I check the software update there is nothing and I need help i don’t know what to do plz someone help .

An unit running 12.5.5 isn't capable of 13 or above. Try downloading the applications to a newer one on the same Apple ID first.
