Can’t add my State ID, no matter how many times I try?

Can’t add drivers license to wallet, trued 6 times

Do you have iOS 15.4.1 on your iPhone? Other than that, the only thing I can say is to try powering the iPhone off and back on again. And if that doesn't help, last step could be to do a Force Restart. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

If that does not help, I would have to say to use the Get Support link at the top of the page here to contact Apple Support for assistance. While your comments on tech support are not without merit …


… a LOT of what happens “in the background” resides with the State and it’s contracted vendors.


(It’s much the same way that CCards are added to Wallet; w/ the card issuer doing most of the heavy lifting.)


Not making excuses for anyone … clearly there IS room for improvement in communications and status feedback.


Sometimes it’s just plain frustrating to be an “early adopter.”
