Wrong Apple ID

My iPhone 11 has the wrong Apple ID and I do not have the password for that no way to get it how can I restore it to my Apple ID that was previously on here

The only way to get past an Apple ID is to have the person who set it up remove it. Ask the person who had access to this phone to remove their activation lock. If you had your own Apple ID on this phone, how did someone else get access to it to be able to remove your ID and add their’s?
