Two iPhone same Apple ID but have two complete functions

i have two iPhones, one for work and one for personal, how can I sign in with the same Apple ID, but one has completely different iPhone functions. Which means I do not share anything such as contacts, photos, with the other iPhone.

Turn off all iCloud syncing on both phones. Messages/FaceTime will be received on both devices unless you sign out of them on one phone.

You might want to consider creating a new Apple ID for the work phone.
