Flat face back for Apple Watch

Just want to raise awareness to apple , I’d like it if the rear was interchangeable or if they came out with a flat face design for the back of the watch I know many people including myself can’t wear the watch for long due to the sensors sticking out and causing a pressure point on my wrist therefore then I can’t wear the watch for long or at all.

is there any talks about any new design going on ?
