How to block a stolen iPhone?
My daughter’s device has been stolen and find my is turned off, how can i block the device?

If Find My is turned off that disables Activation Lock, and you can’t block the phone. If the phone has a passcode the contents are safe, but whoever has it can reset it to factory settings and use it. Your carrier can blacklist the IMEI, which will prevent the phone from being used with any carrier that subscribes to the same blacklist as your carrier, but the blacklist is not worldwide.
