CAN SOMEONE TELL ME HOW TO ACTIVATE AN iPAD THAT HAS BEEN LOCKED, WAS UNLOCKED AND NOW IS BEING TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PERSON. THE ID AND PASSWORD DO NOT WORK. THE PREVIOUS OWNER DOES NOT REMEMBER HER PASSWORD AND ID SHE USED TO ACTIVATE THE DEVICE ORIGINALLY.
