Replace a broken ipad

I have a broken iPad Pro, and I want to replace it with a newer version. What is the exchange policy and what is the price for the exchange?

You cannot trade in a broken iPad pro for credit. Trade ins must be working devices to have any monetary value to be used towards a new device.

You will need to purchase a new device and pay full price for it.

It will have no trade in value. The trade in value is determined by a recycler/reseller that Apple partners with. A broken device has no value to them as they cannot resell it for profit so they in turn won’t buy it as trade in for any monetary value.
