Can’t print double sided

Originally, the printing featured asked you if you wanted the paper printed single or double sided. However, ever since Apple gave you the option to specify the size of your paper, it appears that the feature was removed. Now all my papers print single-sided, which wastes paper and can make papers stapled together too thick for my tastes.
