Childs apple watch calling them wrong name

Hi Apple Community!

So I have set up my daughter an Apple Watch through my iPhone (she is too young to have a phone). And it calls her by my name in the activity app. It also shows my emoji face and not hers.

Now I have read so many forums where it says simply change the contact card on the watch to the Childs name. However when I do that it syncs back to my phone and then my phone and other devices calls me by my daughters name.

Any ideas?
