There's a frequent glitch in my newly purchased iPhone 11: while using whattsapp, there appears a gap between chats and then your selection of a chat jumps to the next chat! Not resolved despite re-installing the app . Can you help?

I had already updated the phone . Additionally, I reset the phone too. Yet, there's this occasional glitch of selection of chats (in Whatsapp) jumping to the next chat persists. Other functions are normal.
