black lines on back camera

there are black lines appearing on my back camera in the camera app and other apps that use the camera. there are no visible cracks and i’ve wiped the camera with a screen cleaner multiple times. My software is up to date, i’ve tried restarting my phone, there’s no water damage I am aware of (nor have i dropped it recently) and this wasn’t happening until today. There also isn’t anything wrong with the front camera or flash.
