Why am I not receiving all messages on my MacBook Pro. I am receiving them on my iPhone.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 10.12

Sign out of your Apple ID and sign right back in. Sometimes you just need to "reboot" the connection.

Thank you. I did as you suggested but it didn’t sync old messages and I still don’t get messages regularly.
