Still here, on iPhone 13pro and iPad mini iOS 15.
It only appears once it’s hooked to the power connector on my devices.
screens are unresponsive and I have to tap it several times till it’s working.
Any news regarding that?

To rule out a software issue, set your devices back to factory settings, without using the latest backup, using your computer:
Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
Then test the touchscreen while connected to the original Apple adapter and USB cable.
If it works again, restore fro the latest backup.
