Issues recovering Apple ID password

since first purchase of this iphone 13 i have had multiple issues recovering apple i.d. password! i have noticed and taken screenshots which may explain and help to correct? also when changing password , a message has said ' enter passcode for other iphone, not passcode for this iphone???
