Horizontal lines on screen when moving the display

Hello I have the same issue with my MacBook Pro 2019 it started out of nowhere and when I move the display I see the horizontal line on the top of the display and the half bottom gets frozen. If I close the display a bit more the images come back and screen works but still flickering. It is definitely a hardware issue or defect since I have not done any damage to my MacBook Pro and Apple should definitely repair it.
