why I cannot longer see the lyrics of a song on my phone or iPad?

Can someone help me to turn on the lyrics on my iPad and phone? I am not able to see the lyrics of any of the songs of Apple music.

If you already tried (to no avail) all the steps provided in the support article that led you here, I suggest that you contact Apple Support directly, using this link:--> Apple Support, and choosing Apple Music (among "Apps & Services").
