Like four years ago I downloaded a hacked version of spotify premium and ever since I've had pop-ups appear all the time asking me to 'enter the password for ****@gmail.com in settings' and when I do it tells me my Apple ID is locked. I know its my fault for downloading the sketchy app but please help me get rid of it.

I reset my password and nothing changed it’s still happening
I cant open the password & security tab because the pop up stops me
