I understand, but in just 30 min more than 7 G had gone without doing nothing just reading articles on internet no images no video.
I'm afraid that the system is consuming my data Phone ( because I pay more money at the of the month ? ) when I'm sharing. \
What sho
uld I do to économize data ?
Old problem, new problem, what changed?
What is 7 G (?)— if you mean to say 7GB, then yes that is a lot for 30 minutes on a cellular connection for doing basically nothing as you describe.
From your Activity Monitor.app you can see exactly sent and received data

Sorry but your post is difficult to understand. When you connect a computer to the Internet it uses "data". This is the purpose of connecting to the Internet. Disconnect from the Internet if you don't want to use "data". Or use a connection that includes unlimited "data". If you load a webpage that contains images you are using a lot of "data" depending on the size of the images. Everything you do on the Internet involves using "data".

What should I do to économize data ?
N.B : I don't have Wi-Fi
Stop using your cell plan for Internet access. Get an ISP and use WiFi or Ethernet.
All Internet access uses data.
