Why does my desktop image keep changing (monterey)

I have 3 monitors connected to my Mac 6.1 and like to use the Big Sur - Road picture as background for my main monitor, but every time I boot, the desktop picture is new. And I haven't ticked the "change picture" option.

What ca I do?

Wallpaper changes after every restart and dual monitor issue question Hi everyone, I have two straight forward questions and i hope someone can give me some advice on fixing them 1) Everytime i restart my Mac (MacPro late 2013) the wallpaper changes to the dynamic default wallpaper. Why does my desktop picture disappear from my digital monitor? I have a digital monitor attached to my MacBook running MacOS Catalina. Often (but not always) when I start the Mac, my chosen desktop picture for the computer appears, but the one I chose for the monitor is replaced by the default Catalina picture (I guess it's Catalina Island). The machine seems to have completely forgotten my setting. Why does this happen and can I stop it?

monterey OS: cannot change desktop picture Installed Monterey 12.0.1 on MAC. Cannot change desktop picture. Apple's instructions do NOT work!!!!

No I have automatic log-in on in system settings, so I don't log in. I will try to log out and then in.

Does it change to something else after you have logged in to your account?

The desktop background at the login window is more or less fixed by the OS, but after you log in it should show you whatever image you have selected.

No, even when I log out and the in, the desktop background image on my main monitor/desktop 1 - I use 3 - is always wrong.
