Apple system lock is unable to open

MacBook Pro's System lock activated through MDM is locked for around 43 years due to multiple attempt by user(employee). The device is owned by an Enterprise, and now the data is unable to access. Apple support says even Apple cannot open the device, we have to wait to finish the timer, or do a firmware wipe which will cause data loss.

Since the data is important for the company, we would like to unlock it.

Can someone help with a solution?

Maybe instead of asking the entire world, cut to the chase and go to the source: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201232

I worked for a large corporation for over 32 years, we had established programs in place to deal with all type os company property from simple office machines to the nuclear reactors that ultimately spun massive electrical generators. Most companies don't rely on forums for opinions as they have no liability restraints and recourse is non existant. Companies of good repute need guarantees of reliable and hassle free service contracts with recourse. That's the reason many have save harmless clauses in the contracts and purchase agreements.

But, it's your job and your boss so you do as you're requested or allowed.
