iphone 13 voice texting showing descriptive grammar words

My iphone 13 just started doing this for voice texting...Example: I say "Donna, how are you?" It comes out: Donna/contact-first how are you? /question-mark

How do I get rid of these extra descriptors?

iPhone 13, iOS 15

Dadupree16,

If you're not seeing any other accessibility features enabled, it's unclear what setting may have been adjusted, however you can always reset your settings if needed by going to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset All Settings.

I\pronoun am using voice dictation when I\pronoun text and Siri when I’m asking for something or trying to find something .\period

as you can see above ,\comma I\pronoun am voice texting this message and you can see what is happening every time I\pronoun put in something like a\determiner comma or .\period

you also see the word a\determiner described as a\determiner determiner .\period

this voice text should give you a\determiner good idea of what’s going on .\period

thanks to anyone who is trying to help me with this .\period
