Level of radiation exposure on iPhone 13 mini. My face tingles after I use the phone

Are there instances of defective iphones? When I use my new iPhone 13 mini the side of my face tingles, and continues to do so after I stop using the phone. If so, can I send it back? I loved my old SE so this has nothing to do with hostility to the brand.

What are acceptable radiation levels? How can I find someone to evaluate THIS iPhone? I really think something is wrong, don’t want it near my body.
