Watch messages sync

After 6 months of documentation, Apple support continues to recognize, but not fix watch/message syncing errors. In order for messages to sync, I have to re-pair my iwatch series 5 every two days (obviously not a solution). I’ve just stopped utilizing messages on my watch. They say it’s a known issue and to “wait for a new update”. Okay, what’s next?
