IO error on internal SSD

I have a 2018 iMac with a 3 TB SSD internal drive and IO errors (error -36) being reported by the Finder and Carbon Copy Cloner. Since replacing such a disk is expensive and require some technical expertise to disassemble the iMac I would like to monitor if the problem is expanding rapidly or not. Is there a way to get the count of bad blocks on a SSD drive ? I tried Mac>System report and the Disk Utility but this info is apparently not provided.

Actually, the report you uploaded was for the HDD, and it is failing!

Backup all data, then contact Apple for service: Get Support.

Only go to Apple, an Apple Authorized Service Provider, or send your device to Apple for service (if applicable or available). Do not go to a 3rd party/unauthorized repair center or attempt a repair yourself. This is for the assurance of authorized and professional repairs that use genuine Apple parts. Please refer to this from Apple Support:

Beware of counterfeit parts
Some counterfeit and third party power adapters and batteries may not be designed properly and could result in safety issues. To ensure you receive a genuine Apple battery during a battery replacement, we recommend visiting an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider. If you need a replacement adapter to charge your Apple device, we recommend getting an Apple power adapter.
Also non-genuine replacement displays may have compromised visual quality and may fail to work correctly. Apple-certified screen repairs are performed by trusted experts who use genuine Apple parts.

Welcome to Apple Support Community.

Apple never sold a 2018 iMac, only 2017 and 2019 around that time, nor a 3TB internal SSD. You may have a Fusion Drive instead. In order to check, and learn more about the condition of your internal drive(s), please use DriveDx and upload the report(s) to Apple Support Community: How to use DriveDx - Apple Community.
