Accidently deleted Utilities folder

How do I find and restore my utilities folderr on imac.

I can not ;ocate it

I deleted my Plug-Ins folder on my mac I think that I must've deleted my Plug-Ins folder on mac and with it FXPlug and everything in it. Accidental removal / deletion of external drive ./Trashes directory I've deleted the ./Trashes directory from one of my external drives, and now am wondering where do deleted files go? Can I resurrect that directory? Running High Sierra 10.13.6 on an 'elder' iMac 21"

Have you tried looking in the Bin? If the folder is in there you can copy it back.

You would restore it with your Time Machine backup. Are you telling us you were not backing up? If that is so you will need to install Mac OS on the computer to fill in the missing pieces.
