Feb'21 Purchased M1 MacBook Air Not Charging Beyond 1%

Hello Everyone, My M1 MacBook Air is Not Charging Beyond 1% and showing a ‘Service Recommended’ message, I would request you to please suggest, as to what can be done for this issue as the macOS is up to date and the MacBook is just 14 months old and with just 68 Charge Cycles used.

I am very much disappointed as I wasn't expecting such an early issue with an Apple product.

Contact Apple Directly ( https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201232 ) or set up a Genius Bar appointment at the nearest Apple Store or at the nearest Apple Authorized Service Provider and have the Mac evaluated.

If it doesn't help, contact Apple Support or take your MacBook Air to Genius Bar which is required reservation or your local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined it.
