How do I recalibrate my MacPro? After deleting most of my files, it's still reflecting full memory.

What do you mean by "recalibrate"?
You can't change your memory with an app. What exactly do you want to accomplish?
Deleting files has nothing to do with memory; shutting them down and closing apps des.
Or do you mean disk space ... storage? Disk space is not memory/RAM.
