reset security questions

I need to reset my security questions. But in order to reset them, I need to answer security question.

How does this makes any sense?

I tried to turn on 2fa, but it then ask me security questions.

I tweeted apple. I said to fill out some form, which I did. But that was for an activation unlock.

Which I never asked about.

So waited like a week to get an answer back, which had nothing to do with my issue.

I did not need that, because I already know how to turn it off.

Seems like Apple support is useless.

Does Apple expect people to remember security questions that they set up 20 years ago?

I'm done with Apple. And selling my iPad. I will never buy another Apple product again, after this, and other problems.

Like every other day ask me to log back into Apple. Slowing down my mini 4 right after the mini 6 was released.

For the security questions, if you are being told there isn't enough information to reset them, contact Apple ID Support.

From the article below.

Without proof of your identity via security questions and other carefully selected criteria, Apple Support can't help you reset a password or perform any other actions on your account. These policies are audited and reviewed on a regular basis.
