If I have an iPhone x which doesn't support esim but I am looking for to buy an apple watch with cellular support which contains esim can i attend calls with out my iphone x

When you pair your iPhone and Watch together, the Watch uses the iPhone to make and receive calls. If you activate the cellular for the Watch and leave the iPhone behind, then the Watch uses that cellular connection to make and receive calls. The Apple Watch uses the same phone number as your iPhone.
