"...need to install the latest version of iTunes." But already installed

Hello!

My equipment:

iPhone CE (8.4)

Win7x64

iTunes 12.10.11.2

I ran into a problem. My phone needs to be reflashed. I downloaded firmware iPhone_4.0_64bit_15.4.1_19E258_Restore.ipsw

I connect the phone to the computer, open iTunes, select "Restore" and select the firmware file.

As a result, a window appears with a notification that in order to restore iPhone with iOS 15.4.1, you need to install the latest version of iTunes! But I already have the latest version of iTunes installed!

Reinstalling iTunes doesn't help. How to fix it?

You have the latest version of iTunes for Windows 7 or 8, but a newer version is available for Windows 10. You need the newer version to install iOS 15 on a device.
