Ipad and magic keyboard

I purchased an IPad Pro 12.9 with a Magic keyboard over two months ago( 1/31/2022). Today I discovered that the three little contacts from the Magic Keyboard are damaging (Scratching) the area around the iPad connection area.


How long before the damage keeps my iPad from working properly?

This is a product design flaw. Am I entitled to a replacement?

Should this product be recalled?

I would suggest that you contact Apple Support. You can use the Get Support link at the top of the page here. If you have an Apple Store close by, make a Genius Bar appointment for Apple to look at the device and they will explain your options. Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
