App stores disabled

I was trying to download an app on my Appstore and it’s said “Your account has been disabled in the App store and iTunes” how do i fix this? I tried many ways but nothings working.

iPhone XR, iOS 15

You can't fix it yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
