Why Is my keyboard being weird?

hello so after the new update I have not been able to type normally on my keyboard. Every time I go to type the letter M my keyboard either deletes what I’ve typed or inserts three or four letter N instead. The same thing is happening with The letters O and K. This is becoming extremely annoying and it only keeps getting worse, I also can’t scroll through any of my social media accounts without it it going crazy and closing the app and opening a different app.

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities for assistance with your iPhones built-in keyboard and apps. You certainly need your phone working as expected. You haven't mentioned if you have tried any troubleshooting steps already, but a lot of times a fresh restart of your iPhone can help with unusual behaviors that pop up.

Restart your iPhone is the article you will want to follow the steps for restarting.

If the behavior continues after restarting, do you have a screen protector or case on your iPhone? If so, try removing it and then test your keyboard again.

Either of the steps above should help with this behavior, but if not, you will want to contact Apple Support by going to Get Support.
