Hello, today i opened my app library and saw that in the recently added tab there was a an app called Zynn with a cloud icon name next to its name. I deciden to google a bit and saw that Zynn was completly removed from the app store.
So is it possible for my iphone to be hacked? Im on the latest ios 15.3.1

Google has removed Zynn from its Play Store following accusations of plagiarism. A few high-profile content creators on Tiktok reported earlier this week that their content has been uploaded to Zynn without consent.
Looks like also removed from App Store

No, your iPhone is not hacked.
As long as you see the iCloud icon next to an app, this only means, that you could download and install it again on your device, not that it already has been installed.
If an app is no longer available in the AppStore and you tap on the icon to download it again, you will be notified, that the app can not be installed again for that reason.
Tap and hold the app to remove it from the App Library and your iPhone.
