I accidentally deleted apps and folders on my iphone 11. when I go into app store & settings they are there but not on my homescreen. any solutions?

Try this: Use App Library to search the apps you are looking for, see this Apple article:

If you have find the apps, tap & hold on the app, then drag to the Home screen & drop it.
