Why doesn’t my iPhone 13 work the way it should?
The phone, immediately after the 2 week limit to return, took a steep decline in performance.
my GPS doesn’t work 80% of the time and takes 10 minutes to load when it does.
my iMessage app crashes to the point I have to hard reset the phone multiple times per day. God forbid someone sends me a picture.
the battery life, which was something I loved about the phone when I first got it, doesn’t even make it 8 hours of being in my pocket before I HAVE to charge it. Spent almost $1000 just to go back to using my XR and throw the 13 in a drawer most of the time.
I can’t even send it in for repair because I share the XR with my SO, and I can’t just take it when I go out and leave him with no phone.
it’s unreasonable for Apple to expect that you just go without a phone for multiple days without any sort of temporary replacement option. Especially since I use my phone for a lot of daily business and work and phone calls.
I don’t even use social media and all of my apps and IOS are up to date.
what could I possibly begin to do to rectify this situation?
