Apple Watch remains on Do Not Disturb when iPhone Do Not Disturb schedule has ended

After IOS update to 15.4.1 my series 3 Apple Watch does not change from Do Not Disturb as my iPhone 13 mini does in the morning.


I have a scheduled DND that should end at 6: 00 am every day. My watch mirrors my iPhone. My iPhone is following the DND schedule. Each morning, after 6:00 am when I put on my watch I have to manually change the DND setting, after unlocking my watch. I have not put my watch on before 6:00 am to see how it performs when it is on my wrist and unlocked.

Try restarting both your iPhone and Apple Watch to see if this helps:


Restart your iPhone

Restart your Apple Watch


Then, you mentioned your iPhone is up to date, also make sure your Apple Watch is updated:


1. Make sure that your watch is connected to Wi-Fi.
2. On your watch, open the Settings app.
3. Tap General > Software Update.
4. Tap Install if a software update is available, then follow the onscreen instructions.
