How can i find the model and year of My old MacMini's with their serial number. I 'm not looking for coverage as I know they're too old for Apple Care, but do need some info on them. Thanks in advance !

No, it applies to all models. The check coverage website will identify any Mac by serial number.
I tried it with my 2011 MacMini and it worked fine. It will tell you what it is at the top.
You can also try the everymac.com website. https://everymac.com/ultimate-mac-lookup/
You can enter the serial number at https://checkcoverage.apple.com and it will give you the model year which you can use to identify the model in the support document you posted from.
Thank you for your answer, but this applies only for models dating from '18 or later which would be eligible for coverage. My model is from '10 or a bit later
