About eMails and Domain Usage:
The limit depends on the domain. As for how many to use, that's your call. Frankly, I'd just stick with one, and use two different domains to avoid confusion.
As an Alternatively, Use an Alias:
5 Aliases for an iCloud eMail:
You can have up to 5 aliases. That is how Apple has designed it. Everything would be kept, but your eMail would be different. Trash all this junk, seeing if you no longer get it.
