Error Ordering Apple Titanium Card

I would like to "Get a Titanium Apple Card," but every time I tap that option, I am first prompted with "More Ways to Pay." Then I receive and tap continue from the "Confirm Address" prompt. Then I get the "Account Services Unavailable" error message.

I have an Apple Card and have used it for countless digital purchases at this point.

Applying and activating are not the issue... Apple just won't let me order a physical version of the card and it's been a massive inconvenience.

Please help.
