Applecare+ For iphone
Hi! I’m on applecare+ for 2 years. If my phone hasn’t been damage within that span, can i replace my phone with a new one even if it does not have any damage?
(Btw, I’m using an iPhone 13!)

Here are the terms for Applecare:
You can read the legal terms there; and no, it does not include getting a new phone if the old one is not damaged or cannot be repaired. You may have an upgrade plan for the phone? That would be something different.
That is the same with all insurance: it's a waste if you don't need it, but comes in handy when you do.

Oh, but the staff told us that it can be replaced with the same model, although we need to add an additional amount. I just don’t know if she mentioned anything about it being ‘only damaged’ or it can be replaced at the end of 2 years, even without damage.
(because i paid 13k pesos for a 2 year insurance, so it would be a waste if it won’t be used.)
No. Applecare covers damage to your device.
