No cellular texting

I am texting. Once I hit send the blue bar goes 90% of the way across the top then freezes and text is not delivered.

Intermittent texting problems So frustrating to be dealing for years with my wife’s phone not reliably sending SMS messages. If she weren’t inexplicably an Apple fan I’d be using Android. I’ve been through all the steps in the support articles. Cycle airplane mode. Reset network settings. Sometimes it works, usually it doesn’t. Called support and they had us run through the same steps I can look up for myself on the Internet. Even bought a brand new iPhone, figuring that surely this would be fixed. Still “the message failed to send.” $1.3 trillion company and Apple can’t make a phone that sends text messages reliably. So many reports of this problem. There’s a bug and Apple needs to fix it.

trouble with texting on iPad Pro Recently had to have the iPad replaced & we're now having issues with texting. It doesn't have cellular capability, only wi-fi.
