AirPods Pro Walmart purchase not getting verified

Hello

I bought 2 nos of AirPods Pro from Walmart's online store.When I am punching the serial no of both the pods on apple's verification page ,it say "Purchase date not verified" and I have contacted senior support of apple they are not able to do it with the invoice copy which I have uploaded.

the invoice provided by Walmart does not carry the serial nos of the pods, and they are giving me nightmares.

I don't have anything else to prove that these pods belong to me.

The serial number on the invoice is important! Return to Walmart and buy from Apple.

Return to Walmart and let them know why you’re returning. Who knows, they might compensate you for your trouble (in addition to giving your money back). All the best!

No issue returning stuff to Walmart - always got my money back no questions asked (as long as it satisfied their inspection). What’s your hesitation? Just do it.
