How to contact apple brussels. Their number doesn’t work. Nightmare!

Here’s hoping apple monitor and read this message…

I took my MacBook Air to the Brussels store a week ago for repair. After 3 days I received an email from apple with a freephone number to call. Tried x5. The call centre is in France and they claim they can’t help when you do get through. Say they’re transferring the call and 3x the call dropped… it’s a nightmare and completely inadequate. Apple. Sort this out!!! What is the actual number for apple Brussels store please??

Apple monitoring the forum is not likely.

My experience with phone companies in the US (Maybe it's universal) is you just have to keep trying, maybe wait a few days between tries.

Unfortunately, it's unlikely to get help on an Apple community about a European phone company. It might happen by chance, but that's not why this community exists. We're device end users like you. But, maybe somebody will have your answer, so be patient and give the community a chance to respond.

Thanks. I appreciate your response. Am totally shocked by Apple.. In Europe we don’t have these terrible US call centres where you wait, press buttons, get told you’re in the wrong place and then calls dropped. Sad they imported the US customer care approach here!

I’ll try my luck in the store tomorrow. I need my laptop back!
